Frequently Asked Questions:

The Cotswolds isn’t the easiest place to get around, and taxi services often cater to small radiuses or can cost a lot.
Therefore, we are recommending the following places to stay overnight:
Hook Norton
Chipping Norton
Moreton-in-Marsh
Stow-on-the-wold
Please contact us before booking anything so we can help see if it’s in the right radius.
Those of you who fill out the RSVP form with an accomodation in one of the areas mentioned, we will contact you about a potential mini bus hire we might do at the end of the night.

We love a card, and obviously won’t say no to anything people would like to gift us. But instead of traditional “wedding gifts” we are asking for contributions to our honeymoon - the link to be found on our website closer to the wedding.

This one is mainly for our American friends! Traditional British weddings involve suits and nice occasion dresses. Please wear what you feel comfortable in, but avoid any t-shirts, jeans, sneakers or cowboy hats.
Please see below for the Halloween Party dress code!

This will be a costume party! We have allocated time in the days schedule for guests to change, and will have a cloakroom area for people to keep their things.
Whether it’s make-up, face paint, a mask or your spookiest costume - we encourage it all!

We have noted down everyone’s allegies and dietary requirements from the Save the Dates, and are catering accordingly. If there’s anything you didn’t include in the save the date, please let us know immediately.
-
Unless we have stipulated on the invite that you have a plus 1, unfortunately we have reached our guest list max on the venue!
-
We have put together a page just for transport as we are encouraging this is a car-free wedding (unless there are specific access needs, in which case we need to be contacted in advance).
This is due to both the church and the venue having very restricted parking.
Please see the transport page for organised transport details.

If you are arriving on the day of the wedding, we kindly ask that you request a late check-in or contact your accomodation in advance about checking in during the morning.
We haven’t allowed time for guests coming and going, and we are in the same boat! So we have asked our venue for a cloak room for our overnight bags, and anyone else who needs it.
